Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem motivace zaměstnanců a rozborem současné situace ve společnosti Quality Brands, s. r. o. Na základě podrobného zkoumání a studia odborné literatury v závěru práce uvedu několik doporučení a návrhů na zlepšení stávající situace.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is about motivation and analysis present situation in Quality Brands, s. r. o. On the basis of findings, my work includes some recommendation and projects to make this situation better.
