Evaluation in terms of cooperation of jobcentres with nongovermental organizations on issues of support the employment of people with disabilities from the perspective of jobcentre workers of the Olomoucs region

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je snaha poukázat na problematiku kooperace kontaktních pracovišť Úřadů práce ČR (dále jen úřad práce) s nestátními neziskovými organizacemi v otázkách podpory zaměstnanosti osob zdravotně postižených z perspektivy pracovníků úřadů práce Olomouckého kraje. Autorka se v práci zaměřila na hodnocení této spolupráce pohledem výše zmíněných subjektů. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje definici zdravotně postižených osob a oblastem sociální integrace, dále je zaměřena na objasnění pojmu podpora zaměstnanosti ve smyslu státní politiky zaměstnanosti, subjekt politiky zaměstnanosti, nestátní nezisková organizace a v neposlední řadě i na objasnění spolupráce mezi neziskovými organizacemi a úřady práce. Empirická část popisuje metodologický postup sběru dat, díky kterému mohla autorka analyzovat získaná data.Na základě analýzy dat mohla být zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka. Závěr popisuje zjištěné poznatky, ze kterých autorka formuluje doporučení po praxi, taky aby byla spolupráce neziskových organizací a úřadů práce co nejefektivnější.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is the endeavour to show the problem of cooperation contact of workplaces of jobcentre CR (further only jobcentre) with non-governmental organisation in matters of employment support to disabled people from the perspective of jobcentre officer in the region of Olomouc. Author focused on evaluation of this cooperation in terms of above-mentioned subjects. Theoretical section is firstly dedicated to definition of disabled people and sections of social integration, then focused on definition of terms employment support within the government labour market policy, subject of labour market policy, non-governmental organization and of course focused on clarification of cooperation between non-governmental organization and jobcentres. In the empiric section the author focussed on methodological processes of data collection, thanks to which the author could do data analysis. The data analysis helped to answer the main research question. The conclusion of this diploma thesis described identified information, from which we can formulate introduction for practice in order to make cooperation between non-governmental organization and jobcentres the most effective.
