Diplomová práce je kvalitativní analýzou vztahu banky a jejího klienta očima osobních bankéřů vybraného peněžního ústavu. Cílem je zjistit, jakým způsobem je řízen vztah s klientem, jaké aspekty vedou ke zvyšování klientské spokojenosti, resp. zabraňují odchodu klienta ke konkurenci a shrnutí zjištěných hypotéz.
