Intervention of the Components of the Integrated Rescue System in Solving a Traffic Accident with a Larger Number of Injured

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací složek integrovaného záchranného systému při dopravní nehodě s větším počtem zraněných. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a problematika související s dopravní nehodou a jednotlivými základními složkami integrovaného záchranného systému. V praktické části je vytvořena modelová situace (scénář) dopravní nehody. Tato modelová situace má ukázat čtenáři práci složek integrovaného záchranného systému od doby nahlášení vzniku dopravní nehody až po práci složek integrovaného záchranného systému na místě dopravní nehody. V práci jsou použity metody What-If, Ishikawa diagram a metoda Check list a následně metodou Brainstormingu a maticí rizik vyhodnocena. Zjištěná rizika jsou klasifikována a ošetřena návrhem opatření k jejich minimalizaci. Výsledkem práce je inovativní postup složek integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení dopravních nehod s větším počtem zraněných.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation of the components of the integrated rescue system in a traffic accident with a larger number of injured. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts and issues related to traffic accidents and individual basic components of the integrated rescue system. In the practical part, a model situation (scenario) of a traffic accident is created. This model situation is intended to show the reader the work of the components of the integrated rescue system from the time of reporting the occurrence of a traffic accident to the work of the components of the integrated rescue system at the scene of the accident. The work uses the methods What-If, Ishikawa diagram and Check list method and then the method of Brainstorming and risk matrix evaluated. The identified risks are classified and treated by proposing measures to minimize them. The result of the work is an innovative approach of the components of the integrated rescue system in solving traffic accidents with a larger number of injured.
