Interviews with children's clients on OSPOD

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním názoru sociálních pracovníků, jakým způsobem vnímají rozhovory s dětskými klienty, které provádějí pro účely opatrovnických řízení u soudu. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: „Jak jsou vnímány rozhovory s dětským klientem v rámci práce OSPOD při opatrovnických soudech, z pohledu sociálních pracovníků?“ Teoreticky se práce zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů jako je rozhovor, rozhovor s dětským klientem, dítě, dětský klient, sociálně právní ochrana dětí. Dále se teoretická základna dotýká specifik, které je nutné při rozhovoru s dítětem vzít na vědomí. Pro výzkum byl, jako technika sběru informací, zvolen polostandardizovaný rozhovor, který byl uskutečňován se sociálními pracovníky. Metodologická část se věnuje interpretaci získaných dat a následně jejich analýze. V závěru je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka. Objevují se zde též doporučení, která vyplývají z informací získaných od respondentů.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the findings of the opinion of social workers, how they perceive the talks with children's clients, which are carried out for the purposes of the delegation procedure in court. The main research question is: " How are seen interviews with the child client in the work OSPOD the guardianship courts, from the perspective of social workers?" In theory, the work deals with the explanation of basic concepts such as interview, interview with the child client, child, child's client, the socio-legal protection of children. Furthermore, the theoretical base touches the specifics that need to be in conversation with the child take note. For research, as the information collection technique, elected the semi-structured conversation was carried out with the social workers. Methodological part devoted to the interpretation of the collected data and, consequently, their analysis. In conclusion, it is the main research question is answered. There are also recommendations resulting from information obtained from respondents.
