Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na srovnávací finanční analýzu malých a středních podniků v sektoru obchodu a služeb. Studie zkoumá podniky s rozdílným finančním zdravím, a to pomocí trendové prediktivní analýzy časových řad indexu IN05 a metodiky INFA od Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu (MPO), která vychází z ekonomické přidané hodnoty (EVA). Teoretická část práce se věnuje nezbytným metodám finanční analýzy, zatímco praktická část aplikuje konkrétní metodiky INFA a IN05, hodnotí finanční zdraví podniků před a během makroekonomických šoků v letech 2020-2022 a poskytuje doporučení pro finanční management malých a středních podniků v obdobích makroekonomických šoků.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on a comparative financial analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the trade and services sector. The study examines a sample of businesses with varying financial health using trend predictive analysis of IN05 index time series and the INFA methodology from the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MPO), which is based on Economic Value Added (EVA). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the essential methods for conducting financial analysis, while the practical part applies the specific INFA and IN05 methodologies, evaluates the financial health of businesses before and during the macroeconomic shocks of 2020-2022, and provides recommendations for financial management best practices for SMEs during periods of macroeconomic shocks.
