Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem možností využití kmenových buněk v buněčné terapii. Různé typy kmenových buněk jsou charakterizovány z hlediska svého původu a z hlediska potenciálu diferencovat v různé typy tkání a z hlediska specifických markerů. The main goal of the presented thesis is to evaluate relevance of stem cells to the cell therapy. Stem cells are characterized according to their origin, according to their differentiation potential to distinct cell types and according the presence of specific markers.
