Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interakcí DNA s komplexem cisplatiny, připravou opravného záměnného proteinu MutS bakterie Escherichia coli a přidruženými technikami. Interakce DNA s cisplatinovými deriváty byla měřena pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie. Abstract:
This thesis deals with interaction between DNA and cisplatin derivative, preparation of mismatch repair protein MutS of becteria \textit{Escherichia coli} and related methods. Interaction between DNA and cisplatine derivative was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography .
