Abstract:
Diplomová práce zabývající se problematikou střídavé péče. Diplomová práce vysvětluje související termíny, uvádí historický exkurz úpravou rodinného práva v českých zemích, zpracovává aktuální právní úpravu a judikaturu a srovnává střídavou péči s ostatními formami svěření dítěte do péče po rozvodu nebo rozchodu rodičů.
Abstract:
This thesis dealing with issuea of alternating care. The diploma thesis explains related legal terms, presents a historical excursion through the regulation of family law in the Czech lands, elaborates the current legislation and compares alternating care with the other various ways of entrusting a child into the care of its parents.
