Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá informačním systémem domácnosti a využitím webové aplikace pro správu komerčních prvků chytré domácnosti umístěných v nájemních domech. Obsahem práce je konkrétní projekt zaměřený na regulaci vytápění a agendu spojenou s pronajímáním domů.
