Social activation service for families with children

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sociální službu, a to Sociálně aktivizační službu pro rodiny s dětmi. Tento typ služby funguje po celé České republice, práce bude však zaměřena na práci této služby na Žatecku a Podbořansku. Sociálně aktivizační služba pro rodiny s dětmi pomáhá rodině s nezletilým dítětem či dětmi, řešit nepříznivou sociální situaci, kterou rodina nedokáže zvládnout vlastními silami. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rodinu, její funkce a případy, kdy rodina nefunguje. Dále se zaměřuje na samotnou sociální službu, kde jsou mimo jiné popsány metody práce ve službě či etický kodex sociálního pracovníka. Tímto kodexem se musí řídit všechny sociální služby a všichni sociální pracovníci a pracovníci v sociálních službách. Popsána je zde konkrétní sociální služba, Vavřinec - zapsaný spolek, který působí na území Lounska, Žatecka a Podbořanska. Práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum. Jsou tedy použity rozhovory a kazuistiky. Rozhovory byly prováděny se sociálními pracovníky obcí, se zaměstnanci Úřadu práce a se zaměstnanci spolku Vavřinec. V práci jsou uvedeny dvě kazuistiky vybraných rodin spolku Vavřinec. Cílem výzkumné části práce bylo zjistit názor odborníků v kontextu sociální pomoci a přínos takovéto sociální služby. V rámci kazuistik bylo cílem diagnostikování příčin vzniku sociálního problému a analýza schopnosti integrace.

Abstract:

The diplomathes is focused on the social service, namely the Social Activation Service for familieas with children. This type of service works trought the Czech Republic, but the work will focus on the work of this service in the Žatec and Podbořany regions. The social acitvation service for families with children helps a family with a minor child or children to solve an uunfavorable social situation that the family can not manage on thein own. The teoretici part is focused on the family, its functions and cases where the family does not work. It also focuses on the social service it self, which describes, a mon go the things, the methods of working in the service or the code of ethic soft the social worker. This code must be followed by all social services and all social and social workers. A specific social service is described here, Vavřinec, a registred association that operates in the Louny, Žatec and Podbořansko regions. THe work is focused on qualitative research. So interview and case studies are used. Interviews were conducted with social workers of municipalities, with employees of the Labor Office and with employees of the Vavřinec association. Thw aim of the research part of the work was to find out the opinion of experts in the kontext of social assistance and the benefits of such social services. With in the case studies, the aim was to diagnose the cause of the social problem and analyze the ability to integrate.
