Tématem bakalářské práce je řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu v oblasti maloobchodu se sportovními potřebami. Bakalářská práce pomocí dotazníkového šetření provedla analýzu současného stavu řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve vybrané obchodní jednotce. Theme of the bachelor´s thesis is customer relationship management in choosen company in the retail sporting goods store.
