Cílem práce je na základě komparace daňového systému České republiky a Německa se zaměřením na daň z příjmů fyzických osob identifikovat rozdíly, analogie, výhody a nevýhody obou systémů z pohledu poplatníka daně z příjmů a následně navrhnout možné prvky harmonizace sledovaných daňových systémů. The aim of the thesis is to identify the differences, analogies, advantages and disadvantages of both systems from the point of view of the income taxpayer and subsequently to propose possible elements of harmonization of the observed tax systems.
