Ivan Vyskočil and his Pedagogics

Abstract:

V této práci se pokouším propojit vlastní zkušenosti získané kontaktems pedagogikou prof. Ivana Vyskočila a teoretická hlediska zabývající se diváckourecepcí. Moji práci tvoří dvě části.V první části se věnuji fenoménu diváctví. Zaměřuji se především na ontologickýprincip divadelní tvorby a s ním spojenou zpětnovazebnost ve vztahu divák ?herec. Vycházím z tezí Otakara Zicha, Eduarda Bullougha, Jaroslava Etlíka, MaxeHerrmanna a především Eriky Fischer-Lichte. Zmiňuji se o fyziologické podstatěvnímání související s tzv. zrcadlovými neurony. Pokouším se uvést do kontextudivadelně teoretický a neurovědecký pohled na recepci jakožto psycho-fyzickouzkušenost.V druhé části práce se zaměřuji na koncepci studia prof. Ivana Vyskočila,(zakladatele Katedry autorské tvorby a pedagogiky na DAMU), která spočíváv pěstování psychosomatické kondice, ve výcviku sebereflektujících tvůrců -herců, kteří jsou zároveň i diváky.V závěru se pokouším poukázat na spojitost mezi vlastním pěstovánímpsychosomatické kondice prostřednictvím studia herectví na Katedře autorskétvorby a pedagogiky a rozvíjením určité divácké kompetence, která úzce souvisís kvalitou estetického zážitku a jeho reflexí, a tedy i s prací divadelního kritika,k níž mimo jiné vede studium na Katedře teorie a kritiky na DAMU.

Abstract:

In this thesis I try to couple my own experience gained through contact withprof. Ivan Vyskočil's pedagogy with the theoretical points of view concerning withan audience reception. My thesis consists of two parts.First part is dedicated to a phenomenon of spectatorship. I focus mainly on theontological principle of theatre production and on the feedback in the relationshipbetween a spectator and an actor related to that principle. My work is based onthe thesis of Otakar Zich, Eduard Bullough, Jaroslav Etlík, Max Herrmann andnotably Erika Fischer-Lichte. I mention the physiological basis of perceptionrelating to the so-called mirror neurons. I attempt to contextualize the theatretheoreticaland the neuroscientific view on a reception as a psycho-physicalexperience.In the second part of my thesis I concentrate on the conception of studydeveloped by prof. Ivan Vyskočil (who is a founder of the Department ofAuthorial Creativity and Pedagogy at The Theatre Faculty of the Academy ofPerforming Arts in Prague) that is grounded in a cultivation of psychosomaticfitness and in a training of self-reflecting creators-actors, who are spectators aswell.At the end of my thesis I try to highlight a connection between a cultivation ofpsychosomatic fitness itself through the study of acting at the Department ofAuthorial Creativity and Pedagogy and a development of certain audiencecompetence that is closely related to a quality of aesthetical experience and itsreflection and even to the work of theatrical critic as well, which is one of goals ofthe study at the Departement of Theory and Criticism at DAMU.
