Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Cílem je vytvoření vzorového plánu ošetřovatelské péče pro pacienty při kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. Kardiopulmonální resuscitace je soubor na sebe navazujících terapeutických úkonů, které slouží k obnovení oběhu okysličené krve u osob postižených náhlou zástavou oběhu s cílem předejít nezvratnému poškození mozku a myokardu. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se plánu ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů při kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, kde je jako předpoklad zahájení resuscitace u dospělých bráno srdeční selhání. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice a rozdělení kardiopulmonální resuscitace, etiologii, klinickému obrazu, diagnostice a terapii náhlé zástavy oběhu. Popisuje doporučené postupy při kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. Praktická část je vypracována jako vzorový plán péče o pacienty při kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. K vytvoření plánu ošetřovatelské péče byly použity diagnózy dle NANDA International Taxonomie II, které byly stanoveny na základě určujících znaků a souvisejících faktorů nebo rizikových faktorů. U jednotlivých diagnóz jsou uvedeny ošetřovatelské cíle a intervence. Práce se zabývá také poresuscitační péčí poskytovanou na jednotkách intenzivní a resuscitační péče.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The aim is to create a nursing care model for patients during the cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a set of follow-up therapeutic interventions that serve to restore the circulation of oxygenated blood at people affected by sudden cardiac arrest with the aim to prevent irreversible brain and myocardium damage. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of nursing care plan for patients during the cardiopulmonary resuscitation, where the requirement for starting the resuscitation is a heart failure. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristic and division of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, etiology, clinical features, diagnosis and therapy and sudden cardiac arrest. It describes the best practices in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The practical part is elaborated as a nursing care plan during the cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Diagnoses according to the NANDA International Taxonomy II. were used to create the nursing care plan. Diagnoses were determined based on defining features and related factors or risk factors. For individual diagnoses there are stated nursing aims and interventions. The thesis also deals with post-resuscitation care provided in intensive and resuscitation units.
