Abstract:
The p53/p63/p75 signalling pathway is considered to be one of the key regulatory pathways of cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis both in normal and transformed cells. p73 isoforms are produced by transcription from two p73 promoters, and by alternative splicing. Signálna dráha p53/p63/p73 je u normálnych aj nádorových buniek považovaná za jednu z kľúčových regulačných kaskád v procesoch bunkovej proliferácie, diferenciácie a apoptózy. Izoformy p73 vznikajú prepisom z dvoch promotorov p73 a alternatívnym zostrihom primárneho transkriptu.
