Strategy of municipality human resources management

Abstract:

Cílem práce je analýza aplikace metod řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci veřejné správy. Praktická část metodou případové studie komparuje vybrané teoretické principy a jejich implementaci v organizaci doloženou kvantitativními výsledky z šetření spokojenosti zaměstnanců, spokojenosti klientů včetně interních klientů, které je provedeno formou analýzy dokumentů. Kvalitativní aspekty, jako jsou přínosy pro management organizace, vedoucí odborů a řadové zaměstnance, jsou doloženy formou interview.

Abstract:

Aim of the thesis is to analyse the application of the methods of the human resources management in the public administration´s organization. In the practical part of the study, it is compared the chosen theoretical principles and their implementation in the organization by the case study method. This is documented by quantitative results from a survey of employee´s and customer´s, including internal clients, satisfaction, which is done through the document analysis. The qualitative aspects, as benefits for the organization management, heads of department and ordinary employees are documented by the interview form.
