Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zjistit a popsat zkušenosti pečujících seniorů s péčí o nesoběstačnou osobu a jejich subjektivní prožívání života v roli pečovatele. Metodika: Kvalitativní šetření za pomoci nestandardizovaného polostruktorovaného rozhovoru s deseti pečujícími seniory, vybranými záměrným výběrem. Pro analýzu a interpretaci získaných dat byla zvolena metoda interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy (IPA). Výsledky: Z výpovědí pečujících seniorů vyplynulo, že rozhodnutí pro péči ovlivňují faktory, jako kritický postoj k institucionalizaci nemocných, předchozí zkušenost s péčí, či vzor v rodině a životní postoje a hodnoty nastavené v minulosti před potřebou péče. To, jaké je sociální zázemí, informovanost participantů, ale i splněné očekávání vzhledem k formální pomoci, má vliv na subjektivní pocit náročnosti péče. Pečovatelé zmínili náročnost péče ve všech rovinách člověka bio-psycho-socio-spirituální. Pro ně nejnáročnější je ovšem rovina psychická, jejíž náročnost se projevuje poruchami spánku, stresem, strachem, pocitem přetížení až depresí, ale také psychosomatickými onemocněními. Závěr: Rozhodnutí pečovat bylo pro tyto seniory jasnou volbou, přesto péči vnímají jako náročnou zkušenost. Velmi důležitá je pomoc a podpora rodiny, přátel a komunity. Rovněž důležitá je dostupnost formální pomoci a kvalitní informace. Nejen zdravotničtí pracovníci by proto měli k pečujícím seniorům přistupovat individuálně, empaticky s holistickým pohledem na život, aktivně jim předávat vhodné informace, nebo alespoň doporučení, kam se pro pomoc mohou obrátit. Již jen tímto minimem můžeme pečujícím seniorům snížit pocit náročnosti péče.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of the work was identify and describe seniors experience to take care about relative person. Seniors subjective wiew of this situation. Methody: Qualitative research of non -standard situacion and semi-structured interwiews with the ten seniors. They have been selected by deliberate selection. Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA)had been chosen to analyseing and explaining receiving data. Results: Seniors had described factors why they made decision to take care about the relatives. The factors was critical attitude towards institucionalization of patients, previous experience in family, life attitude. They give importance to past, before that what they need for take care of the patients nowadays. The other factors for elder people was social background, patient health awarness, influence of the subjective feelings of take care of someone. Caregivers mentioned the complexity of take care of someone in human bio-psycho-socio-spiritual levels. The most demanding is the psychical level, the dificulty is sleep disorders, stress, fear, overloading and depression, but also psychosomatic diseases. Conclusion: The decision to take care about someone was a clear choice for these seniors. They became to see this big deal is a difficult experience. Realy important for them is help and support of family, comunity and friends. Other important thing is availability of formal assistane and qualitative information. All socialworker have to be professionals for the eldery caregivers, they should give them individual, emphatic, holistic wiew of life. Give them informations, suggestions where they can find help. This is help what we can give them to feel less strain.
