This thesis is focused on auditing procedures of loan portfolio in specific bank aiming loan risk performance consequent with providing loans to customers. Loan risk has significant impact on datas stated in financial statements and audit opinion presented in audit report. Basic terms and description of audit process is explained in theoretical part.
