Methods of physiotherapy in Chronic obstructive lung disease

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji fyzioterapii u chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci. Práce má tři základní části část obecnou, speciální a praktickou. V obecné části je popsána definice CHOPN její příčiny, rizikové faktory, příznaky, diagnostika a léčba. Ve speciální části popisuji jednotlivé metody, které se dají využít u pacienta s ChOPN. Popisuji zde Vojtovu reflexní lokomoci, Brügger koncept, terapeutický koncept dle Jarmily Čápové a další. V praktické části se věnuji již jednotlivým sezením se svojí pacientkou. Před samotnou terapií jsem provedla vstupní kineziologický rozbor na jehož základě jsem vypracovala krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. V průběhu naší spolupráce jsem provedla kontrolní kineziologický rozbor a na závěr výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Dle výstupního hodnocení jsem vypracovala dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. V závěru práce rozebírám v části zvané diskuze mé poznatky a názory na danou problematiku. Součástí BP je i seznam odborné literatury, ze které jsem čerpala a obrázkové přílohy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the physiotherapy of chronical obstructive pulmonary disease. The thesis consists of three sections, general, special and practical. The general section offers a definition of the chronical obstructive pulmonary disease, its causes, risk factors, symptoms, diagnostics and treatment. In the special section I describe the individual methods that may be used on patients with the chronical obstructive pulmonary disease. I describe, among other things, the Vojta reflex locomotion therapy, Brügger's concept, therapeutic concept designed by Jarmila Čápová. Further, the practical section is concerned with patient sessions. Prior to the therapy I conducted an entry kinesiology analysis based on which I proposed a short-term physiotherapeutic plan. During our co-operation I conducted a control kinesiology analysis and concluded it with an output kinesiology analysis. Based on the final evaluation I proposed a long-term physiotherapeutic plan. The final section, the Discussion, analyses my findings and opinions in relation to the issue in question. The bachelor thesis also includes a list of sources that I have drawn from including graphic appendices.
