Critical infrastructure in the Czech Republic - emergency services with a focus on primary components of the IZS

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kritické infrastruktury v České republice, zejména na odvětví nouzové služby se zaměřením na základní složky Integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS). V teoretické části práce jsou představeny základní pojmy související s kritickou infrastrukturou, nouzovými službami – složek IZS a krizovým řízením. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na provedení expertních rozhovorů s vedoucími základních složek IZS z okresu Beroun. Následně je provedena SWOT analýza fungování základních složek IZS jako součástí kritické infrastruktury při krizových stavech. Cílem práce je prozkoumat jednotlivé prvky kritické infrastruktury v České republice a zanalyzovat fungování základních složek IZS jako součástí této infrastruktury při krizových stavech. Výsledky této práce poskytnou ucelený pohled na problematiku kritické infrastruktury v České republice a přispějí k lepšímu porozumění fungování základních složek IZS v rámci této infrastruktury při krizových stavech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of critical infrastructure in the Czech Republic, specifically on the emergency services sector with a focus on the basic components of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS). The theoretical part of the thesis introduces basic concepts related to critical infrastructure, emergency services – components of the IRS, and crisis management. The practical part of the thesis is focused on conducting expert interviews with leaders of basic IRS components in the Beroun district. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis of the functioning of the basic IRS components as part of critical infrastructure in crisis situations Iin condicted. The aim of the thesis is to explore the individual elements of critical infrastructure in the Czech Republic and analyze the functioning of the basic IRS components as part of this infrastructure during crisis situations. The results of this work will provide a comprehensive view of the issue of critical infrastructure in the Czech Republic and contribute to a better understanding of the functioning of the basic IRS components within this infrastructure during crisis situations.
