Role, drawing up and amendments of accounting directives in a specific company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vnitropodnikových směrnic. V teoretické části se práce zabývá představením vnitropodnikových směrnic. V této části je vymezen pojem vnitropodniková směrnice, dále je uveden význam směrnic pro společnosti, postup tvorby směrnic, její náležitosti a legislativní úpravy. Pro teoretickou část byly dále vybrány a rozebrány směrnice, které jsou společnostmi tvořeny nejčastěji. Následující praktická část je věnována rozboru stávajících směrnic vybrané společnosti, kde byla provedena analýza a následně návrh na jejich opravu. Také jsou v praktické části tvořeny nové směrnice dle potřeb společnosti. Tyto směrnice byly po projednání ve společnosti zavedeny.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of company internal directives. The theoretical part introduces the topic of internal directives. It defines the term of internal directives, presents the meaning of the directives for a company and describes the method of their forming, requirements on them and finally it focuses on the legislation issues. Next, the theoretical part analyses the most frequent directives that are used in most companies. The practical part focuses on analysis of the current directives of a specific company. Next, the directives are analysed and the proposal how to correct and amend them is presented. The practical part also formulates new directives based on the company´s needs. These newly proposed directives were finally implemented in the company.
