Tématem mé bakalářské práce je problematika zabývající se ochranným léčením z pohledu teorie a praxe. Pozornost je věnována základním pojmům, které s ochrannou léčbou souvisejí, dále jsou stanoveny podmínky ukládání ochranného léčení a je popsán samotný výkon ochranného léčení v ambulantní nebo ústavní formě. The topic of my bachelor thesis is the issue of protective treatment from the point of view of theory and practice. Attention is paid to basic terminology associated with the protective treatment, conditions for the imposition of the protective treatment are specified and the exercise of the protective treatment in an outpatient or constitutional form is described.
