Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá účetní závěrkou, která je rozdělena na 2 části, a to na teoreticko – metodologickou část a na aplikační část a s ní spojenou diskuzi výsledků. Cílem práce je charakterizovat jednotlivé činnosti, které přímo souvisejí s účetní závěrkou a dále porovnávat jednotlivé výsledky hospodaření společnosti Edscha Automotive Kamenice s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s účetní závěrkou a dále zde dochází k popisu jednotlivých kroků, které jsou nezbytné pro její sestavení. Dojde zde k vysvětlení základních pojmů, jako jsou účetní závěrka, audit, aktiva, pasiva, náklady, výnosy, výsledek hospodaření, mezinárodní účetní standardy. Aplikační část tvoří několik částí, a to stanovení výzkumných otázek, představení společnosti Edscha Automotive, analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisků a ztrát v jednotlivých letech 2013–2017. Další část tvoří diskuze výsledků, kde dojde k zodpovězení jednotlivých výzkumných otázek. V následující části jsou stanoveny návrhy opatření, které by pro firmu byly do budoucna prospěšné. Na závěr zde dojde ke shrnutí výsledků, které bakalářská práce přinesla.

Abstract:

The Thesis focused on the financial statements. The Thesis is divided into two parts. As the first one the theoretical-methodological part as the second one the application part of its associated results discussion. The aim of this Thesis is to characterize the individual activities that would be related to the financial statements and compare the individual financial results of the company Edscha Automotive Kamenice s. r. o. In the theoretical part are explained basic concepts for the financial statements and there are described individual steps that are necessary to build it. The Thesis explains basic concepts such as financial statements, audit, assets, liabilities, costs, revenues, earnings, international accounting standards. The Application part is formed of several parts, namely determination of research questions, presentation of Edscha Automotive, analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement in individual years 2013–2017. The next part is a discussion of the results, where the individual research questions will be answered. The following part sets out proposals for measures that would benefit the company in the future. In the Conclusion there will be a summary of the results that the Thesis has brought
