Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ústavními limity trestního řízení. Její stěžejní částí je rozbor všech dílčích aspektů práva na spravedlivý proces. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. This thesis deals with the constitutional limits of criminal proceedings. The main part is an analysis of all the aspects of the right to a fair trial. It is divided into five chapters. The definition of the constitutional limits of criminal proceedings is followed by the principal chapter dedicated to the right to a fair trial.
