Předmětem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak právo upravuje problematiku přírodních katastrof. První kapitola se věnuje mezinárodní právní úpravě, zkoumá proto mezinárodní smlouvy i jiné předpisy. Druhá kapitola se týká unijní právní úpravy. The subject of this thesis is to find out how natural disasters are regulated by law. The first chapter deals with international legal regulation, therefore it researches international treaties and other regulations. The second chapter covers the EU legislation.
