Abstract:
Embryonální kmenové buňky mohou dát vzniknout diferencovaným buněčným typům všech tří zárodečných listů (endodermu, mezodermu a ektodermu). Z mezodermu se diferencují buňky hematopoetické linie. Zajištěním vhodných kultivačních podmínek lze dosáhnout cílené diferenciace embryonálních kmenových buněk do buněk hematopoetické linie in vitro. Abstract:
Embryonic stem cells have the capacity to give rise to differentiated cell types of all three embryonic germ layers (endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm). Cells of hematopoietic lineage differentiate from the mesoderm. By setting the appropriate conditions in in vitro cultivation system it is possible to achieve targeted differentiation of embryonic stem cells into the cells of hematopoietic lineage. This …more
