Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o daňovém systému v České republice a v Německu se zaměřením na daň z příjmu fyzických osob. Zmiňuje deskripci daňových systémů v rámci jednotlivých druhů daní a následně se zaměřuje na daň z příjmu fyzických osob. Daň z příjmu fyzických osob je charakterizována pomocí konstrukčních prvků daně. Dále je doplněna o odvody na sociálním pojistném a o výběr této daně. V práci …more

The bachelor thesis deals with the tax system in the Czech Republic and Germany with a focus on personal income tax. It mentions the description of the tax systems within single types of taxes and then focuses on personal income tax.
