Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání manažerských kompetencí. Teoretická část práce zohledňuje pojem kompetence, popisuje jednotlivé kompetence, manažerské funkce a role, kompetenční modely a způsoby analýzy kompetencí, metody zvyšování manažerských kompetencí. The thesis focuses on the research of managers´ competences.
