Factors Influencing Attitudes Towards Beverages within the Czech Hipster Subculture

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou faktory ovlivňující postoje k nápojům u subkultury hipsterů v České republice. Má práce má 3 části. První je teoretická kde si vysvětlíme základní pojmy.Práce také směřuje ke zjištění, co by měl podnik nabízet podniků, aby jeho hostem byla právě ta subkulturu, která je v práci zkoumána. K tomu byl využit kvalitativní výzkum pomocí polostrukturovaných pohovorů. Ten byl založen na pozorování, které probíhalo na místech kde se subkultura schází. Sběr dat proběhl prostřednictvím rozhovorů s provozními manažery podniků a eventuálními členy subkultury. Poslední část je návrhová. V této části je věnován prostor, ve kterém byly za pomoci výsledků výzkumu zodpovězeny vědecké otázky.

Abstract:

The topic of bachelor thesis is the factors influencing attitudes towards drinks in the hipster subculture in the Czech Republic. The work has 3 parts. The first is theoretical where we explain the basic concepts. The work also aims to find out what the company should offer companies, so that its guest is the subculture that is examined in the work. Qualitative research was used for this through semi-structured interviews. It was based on observations that took place in places where the subculture met. Data collection took place through interviews with business managers and potential members of the subculture. Last part have name desinged part. In this part is about evaluvation of results and answer to the scientific questions.
