Financial analysis and financial plan of Hinton, a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace stavební společnosti Hinton, a. s. Hodnocení je provedeno na základě výsledků finanční analýzy společnosti a jejich srovnání s konkurenčními podniky. Bakalářská práce je kombinací metodické a praktické části. V metodické části jsou popsány teoretické základy finanční analýzy a metodologie výpočtu jednotlivých ukazatelů. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány a je provedena finanční analýza společnosti v letech 2014–2018. Následně je zhodnoceno finanční zdraví podniku pomocí indexu IN05 a vytvořen nástin finančního plánu společnosti na rok 2019.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the construction company Hinton, a. s. The evaluation is performed on the basis of the results of the company's financial analysis and their comparison with competitors. The bachelor thesis is a combination of methodical and practical part. The methodological part describes theoretical foundations of financial analysis and methodology of calculation of individual indicators. In the practical part, these methods are applied and a financial analysis of the company in the years 2014–2018 is performed. Subsequently, the financial health of the company is evaluated using the IN05 index and an outline of the company's financial plan for 2019 is created.
