Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem doprovázející organizace na život pěstounských rodin. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Jsou zde definována teoretická východiska stěžejní pro výzkum. Práce je zaměřena na pěstounskou péči, doprovázení pěstounských rodin a profesi klíčového pracovníka. The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the accompanying organization on the life of foster families. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The theoretical starting points for research are defined here.
