Draft of Concept of the Cultural Development Based on Stakeholders' Cooperation in the Podhostýn Microregion

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozvoj kultury v Podhostýnském mikroregionu. Teoretická část pojednává o kultuře, kulturní politice, regionálním rozvoji a jejich vzájemném vlivu. V rámci praktické části byla podána socioekonomická charakteristika území, analýza kulturní infrastruktury, kulturních akcí a aktérů. Vyhodnocením analýz bylo potvrzeno, že spolupráce místních aktérů je hlavním zdrojem rozvoje kultury. Na základě tohoto tvrzení byl zpracován návrh koncepce rozvoje, na který navazuje konkrétní projekt. Tento projekt byl navržen včetně finanční, časové a rizikové analýzy. Realizací projektu by došlo k naplnění dílčího cíle koncepce rozvoje.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the cultural development in Podhostýn microregion. The theoreti- cal part describes the culture, the cultural policy, the regional development and their inter- action. In the practical part was filed a socioeconomic characteristic of the territory, analy- sis of the cultural infrastructure, cultural events and stakeholders. The evaluation of the analyzes confirmed that the stakeholder's cooperation is the main source of the cultural development. On the bases of this statement a draft concept of the development, that is followed by a concrete project, was made. This project was proposed including financial, time a risk analysis. The project implementation will contribute to achieving a partial goal that was proposed in the concept
