Application of rehabilitation equipements into the training classes of ice hockey referee as a part of corrective excercises
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit rozhodčí ledního hokeje s jejich funkčním stavem svalů a navrhnout pro ně vhodná kompenzační cvičení, která by zařadili do jejich tréninkové jednotky jako součást kompenzace. Hlavními tématy jsou charakteristika pohybového aparátu, kineziologie rozhodčího ledního hokeje, testování svalových skupin s tendencí ke zkrácení a oslabení a návrh kompenzačních cvičení.
Abstract:
The aim of thesis is introduce referee of ice hockey with his functional status of muscles and suggests for him suitable corrective exercises which they can put to their training unit as a part of compensation.
