Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci s duševně nemocným pacientem a deeskalační techniky. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě velké kapitoly: Psychiatrie a Komunikace. Kapitola Psychiatrie se krátce zabývá duševním zdravím, vzděláním sester, právní problematikou a transformací psychiatrické péče. Bachelor thesis is focused on communication with mentally ill patient and de-escala-tion techniques. Theoretical part is divided into two large chapters: Psychology and Communication. Chapter Psychology briefly deals with mental health, education of nurses, legal issues and transformation of Psychiatric care.
