Costs Objectification of Residental Nursing Homes

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce „Objektivizace nákladů pobytových zařízení sociálních služeb“ je s využitím vybraných metod analyzovat náklady a výdaje „imaginárního“ domova pro seniory. Jejím cílem je vyvrátit všeobecnou hypotézu, že domovy pro seniory jsou nejnákladnější sociální službou a potvrzení předpokladu návratnosti více než poloviny státem vynaložených nákladů zpět do státního rozpočtu. V souladu s výše uvedeným cílem této práce je nejprve věnována pozornost definici sociálních služeb, jejich vývoj od raného středověku až po současnost. Je popsán vliv zákona 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách na současnou sociální oblast a systémy financování sociálních služeb. Dále jsou popsány modely sociálních služeb ve vybraných zemí Evropy, porovnání těchto modelů s modelem v České republice. V praktické části jsou popsány aplikované použité metody a postupy. Je zmíněn makroekonomický a mikroekonomický pohled. Následně je provedena objektivizace nákladů „imaginárního“ domova pro seniory a posouzení relevantnosti hypotézy. Závěrem je shrnutí celé práce, postřehy z jejího zpracování a její možná využitelnost.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor work is: „Cost objectification of residential care homes“ is to analyze with the help of selected methods the costs and incomes of an imaginary care home for seniors. The goal of the work is to disprove the general hypothesis, that the care homes for seniors are the most expensive social service and the confirmation of the return assumption of more than a half of state costs back to the state budget. In accordance with the set goal of this work is first to describe the definition of social services, its development from the early middle Ages up to the present. I described the influence of the Act of social services to the social area and the financing systems. Further I described the concepts of social services in selected European countries and compared them to the Czech one.
