Draft of new destination product for Vysocina region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením nového destinačního produktu pro Kraj Vysočina. V literární rešerši jsou objasněny základní pojmy jako jsou, ces-tovní ruch, faktory pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu, typologie cestovního ruchu, desti-nace, destinační management, segmentace, marketingový mix a marketingová komunikace. V druhé části se práce zabývá aplikováním teoretických znalostí z předchozí části pro Kraj Vysočina. Je zde provedena analýza faktorů pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu, zhodnocení atraktivit destinace a popis práce organizací ces-tovního ruchu. K získání dat o generaci Z byl použit online dotazník, z jehož vý-sledků byl sestaven profil potenciálního návštěvníka. Data o destinaci a o zástup-cích generace Z byly vloženy do SWOT analýzy na jejímž základě vznikl návrh des-tinačního produktu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with draft of new destination product for Vysocina region. The literature search clarifies basic concepts such as, tourism, factors for the development of tourism, typology of tourism, destination, destination man-agement, segmentation, marketing mix and marketing communication. The sec-ond part deals with the application of theoretical knowledge from the previous part for the Vysocina Region. There is an analysis of factors for the development of tourism, evaluation of the attractions of the destination and a description of the work of tourism organizations. An online questionnaire was used to obtain data on the generation Z, from the results of which a profile of a potential visitor was created. Data of the destination and data from the representatives of the genera-tion Z were given into the SWOT analysis based on which draft of the destination product was created.
