Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaobírá aktuálním stavem ochranné a ústavní výchovy v České republice. Výrazný zvrat v ochranné a ústavní výchově nastal po novelizaci zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a občanského zákoníku. Vývoj a modernizace společnosti má neodmyslitelný vliv i na tato zařízení. The bachelor thesis deals with the current state of protective and institutional care in the Czech Republic. A signifiant turnaround in protective and institutional education occurred after the amendment of the Act on the Social and Legal Protection of Children or the Civil Code.
