Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce " Příprava pokrmů a jeho technologie na praktické škole" je vytvořit kuchařku pro lidi s mentálním postižením a pomoci k jejich samostatnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první z nich se stanovuje teoretický základ pro druhou část, která je výzkumná. Teoretická část práce,je rozdělena do tří kapitol, se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů vztahujících se k tématu. Patří mezi ně mentální postižení a jeho definice , metody vzdělávání osob s mentálním postižením. Konkrétně se práce zabývá charakteristikami lidí s mentálním postižením, vzdělávacího programu a praktické školy. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na sběr dat, jejich analýzu a následnou interpretaci. Výsledkem této práce je kuchařka pro lidi s mentálním postižením a ověřit v praxi , v reálném životě . Kuchařka obsahuje 15 receptů. Každý recept je rozdělen do kroků každý krok je vyfotografován.

Abstract:

The main aim of the diploma thesis “ Preparation meal clasees and its technology on Practical secondary school“ is to create a cookbook for a people with menthal disability and help to their autonomy. The work is divided into two parts, the first of them establishes the theoretical basis for the second part which is a research. The theoretical part of the work, which is divided into three chapters, takes a close look at the definition of basic concepts related to the topic. These include mental disability and its definition, methods of education of people with methal disabilities. In detail, the work deals with the characteristics of people with menthal disabilities, Educational Programme and Practical secondary school. The research part is focused on data collection, its analysis and subsequent interpretation. The result of the thesis is a cookbook for a people with menthal disability and verify in the practise, real life. My cookbook has 15 recepies. Each recepies is dividided into steps a nd each step sis photographed.
