Diplomová práce se zabývá kooperací s místními podniky v rámci výkonu samostatné působnosti ve zvolené obci. Přibližuje formy spolupráce místní samosprávy a podnikatelského prostředí. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy související s problematikou, vymezena obec, malé a střední podniky včetně jejich právních a ekonomických aspektů. The diploma thesis deals with cooperation with local companies within the own powers in the chosen municipality. Approaching forms of cooperation between self-government and the business environment. The theoretical part defines concepts related to the issue, defined municipality, small and medium enterprises including their legal and economic aspects.
