Abstract:

Trnková T., Marketingová komunikace vybrané maloobchodní firmy. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. Bakalářská práce se věnuje marketingové komunikaci vybrané maloobchodní firmy specializující se na prodej porcelánu, českého skla a šperků. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout nové, nebo zvýšit efektivnost stávajících nástrojů marketingové komunikace pro zvýšení povědomí o firmě spolu s návštěvností maloobchodní jednotky. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše zaměřená na komunikační mix a maloobchod. Analytická část představuje firmu, analyzuje její stávající marketingovou komunikaci a identifikuje cílové segmenty. Na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení marketingové komunikace. Mezi stěžejní doporučení patří zvýšení aktivity na sociálních sítích, vylepšení produktových fotografií, přidání anglického jazyka na webové stránky a intenzivnější propagace slevových akcí.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing communication of a selected retail company specializing in the sale of porcelain, Czech glass and jewellery. The main objective of the thesis is to propose new or increase the effectiveness of existing marketing communication tools to increase the awareness of the company along with the footfall of the retail outlet. In the theoretical part, a literature search is conducted focusing on communication mix and retail. The analytical part introduces the firm, analyses its existing marketing communication and identifies the target segments. Based on a questionnaire survey, measures are proposed to improve the marketing communication, the key ones include increasing activity on social media, improving product photos, adding English language to the website and more intensive promotion of discount events.
