Táto diplomová práca na tému „Podnikateľský plán a stratégia podniku v oblasti e-businessu“ sa zaoberá strategickým riadením podnikania v oblasti e-businessu. Prvá časť sa zameriava na základné pojmy e-businessu, tvorbu podnikateľského plánu, externú a internú strategickú analýzu, finančnú analýzu a možnosti stratégie z teoretického hľadiska.
