Forms of substitute institutional and family care in Liberec region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou náhradní výchovné péče. Pozornost je věnována její historii a jejím jednotlivým formám. Cílem práce je nastínit situaci v Libereckém kraji, popsat ústavní zařízení a zařízení náhradní rodinné péče. Práce nabízí pohled na vývoj ústavní výchovy a náhradní rodinné péče. Věnuje se počtu dětí přijatých do ústavní péče, počtu dětí z ústavní péče propuštěných a vývoji počtu žadatelů o náhradní rodinnou péči spolu s vývojem počtu dětí vhodných pro tuto formu náhradní výchovné péče v letech 2006 až 2008. Práce je realizována metodou kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku a metodou analýzy dokumentů. Získané informace o náhradní výchovné péči jsou porovnány s informacemi z odborné literatury. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům a doporučením, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení situace v oblasti náhradní výchovné péče. Cíle práce byly naplněny

Abstract:

The thesis is concerned with the substitute institutional and family care questions. It contains history and types of the substitute institutional and family care. The purpose of the thesis is to determine the situation in Liberec region and to describe all kinds of the institutional and family care in the region. The thesis offers viewpoint to the development of the substitute institutional care and family care. It deals with the number of admitted children and dismissed children at the institutional care, the number of applicants for the substitute family care and children, which are suitable to this care in years 2006 - 2008. The research is executed through a quantitative examination method by a standardized questionnaire and through analysis of documents. The information from these questionnaires will be compared with the information from professional letters. The closure of the pursuit go in for offers and recommendations which can ameliorate a situation in the substitute institutional and family care. The purposes of the thesis were satisfied
