Abstract:
Cílem této práce není podrobná charakteristika Nejvyššího správního soudu, jakožto soudní instance, ale snaha poukázat na to, jak složitý a pestrý byl vývoj postavení této instituce a jaké k tomu vedly historické souvislosti.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is not to give the detailed characteristics of the institution of the Supreme Administrative Court as a judicial instance, but to point out how complicated and varied the development of this institution was throughout our history.
