Tato diplomová práce se zabývá odhadem tržní hodnoty společnosti IKEA Česká republika, s.r.o. za použití výnosové metody DCF APV. The diploma thesis aims to find the estimated market value of the company IKEA Česká republika, s.r.o. using earning value based method DCF APV for purposes of sale to a potencial buyer on a market as of September 1st, 2016.
