Nursing process in care of patient with apallic syndrome treatment in hyperbaric chamber

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s apalickým syndromem při léčbě v hyperbarické komoře. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření názorného ošetřovatelského procesu vycházejícího z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA International Taxonomie II, zaměřené na potřeby konkrétního pacienta. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje dvě kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá příčinou, klinickým obrazem, diagnostikou, léčbou, prognózou apalického syndromu a ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta s apalickým stavem. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na indikaci, kontraindikaci, komplikace, techniku léčby v hyperbarické komoře, přípravu a ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s apalickým syndromem při léčbě v hyperbaroxii. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje vypracovaný ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s apalickým syndromem při léčbě v hyperbarické komoře, vycházející ze stanovených ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA International Taxonomie II, které se vztahují k potřebám konkrétního pacienta. V průběhu hospitalizace bylo stanoveno 16 ošetřovatelských diagnóz, 9 aktuálních a 7 potenciálních. Tyto ošetřovatelské diagnózy byly řešeny ve stanoveném plánu ošetřovatelskými intervencemi. V průběhu hospitalizace se ošetřovatelské diagnózy upravovaly a byla hodnocena úspěšnost realizace ošetřovatelské péče a splnění cílů.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the proces sof nursing patient with Apallic syndrome treated in the hyperbaric chamber. The aim of this work is to produce a nursing plan for patient with Apallic syndrome. Nursing diagnosis were identified from NANDA Internationale Taxonomy II, and focused on the Leeds of this particular patient. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dividend into two parts. The first part deals with the ethiology, clinical picture, diagnosis, ttreatment, prognosis and nursing care for patient with Apallic syndrome. The second part of the thesis looks on indications, contraindications, complications, technice of treatment in a hyperbaric chamber and also looks on preparation and nursing care of patiens with Apallic syndrome during treatment in the hyperbaroxy. The practical part contains elaboráte nursing process in care of a patient with Apallic syndrome treated in the hyperbaric chamber based on a set of nursing diagnoses NANDA International Taxonomy II, which related to the needs of the oarticular patient. We intended 16 nursing diagnosis during the hospitalization, 9 actual and 7 potential. These nursing diagnoses were addressed in a specifik nursing plan using nursing interventions. The nursing diagnoses were assessed regularly during hospitalization. Success of implementation of nursing care and meeting the objectives was evaluated.
