Abstract:

Dočkal, D. Podpora vstupu společnosti Polster, s. r. o., na zahraniční trh pomocí nových webových stránek. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je výběr vhodného zahraničního trhu pro Polster s. r. o. a následný vstup společnosti na zahraniční trh za pomocí analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. V teoretické části se práce věnuje seznámení s možnostmi vstupu na zahraniční trh, možnostmi analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí konkrétně finanční analýzy, marketingového mixu a SWOT analýzy. Dále také seznamuje čtenáře s možnostmi, jak vybrat vhodný nástroj pro tvorbu webových stránek a nástroj pro komunikaci se zákazníky. V empirické části je práce zaměřena na představení dané společnosti, provedení analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a následné analýze platformy pro tvorbu webových stánek a komunikačního kanálu. V závěru je předvedeno konkrétní řešení vhodné po vybranou společnost a vyobrazení očekávaných výsledků po vstupu na zahraniční trh.

Dočkal, D. Supporting the entry of Polster, s. r. o., on the foreign market with the help of new websites. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the selection of a suitable foreign market for Polster s. r. o. and the subsequent entry of the company into the foreign market by analyzing the internal and external environment. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of the possibilities of entering the foreign market, and the possibilities of using analysis of the internal and external environment specifically financial analysis, marketing mix, and SWOT analysis. It also introduces the reader to the possibilities of selecting a suitable tool for creating a new website and a tool for communicating with customers. In the empirical part, the thesis introduces the company, conducts the analysis of the internal and external environment, and then analyses the website development platform and communication channel. Finally, a concrete solution suitable for the selected company is presented with the expected results after entering the foreign market are depicted.
