Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na potřeby sociálních pracovníků Orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí při spolupráci s pedagogy na řešení tíživé životní situace žáků na základních školách. Cílem práce je zjištění a popsání potřeb sociálních pracovníků OSPOD v rámci spolupráce s pedagogy. Teoretická část práce se věnuje problematice potřeb, jejich definici, dělení, nejznámějším teoriím, a nakonec se objevují příklady zkoumání potřeb sociálních pracovníků v odborných článcích. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na spolupráci sociálních pracovníků OSPOD a pedagogů při řešení tíživé životní situace žáků na základních školách. Jsou zde konceptualizovány všechny podstatné pojmy. V další kapitole se objevuje metodologie výzkumu. V interpretační části práce jsou interpretována data, která jsem získala v průběhu výzkumu. Následně na interpretační část navazuje kapitola Teorie, věnována jednotlivým vztahům mezi kategoriemi. V rámci diskuse jsou následně popsány jeho výsledky a nakonec je shrnuta odpověď na vedlejší výzkumnou otázku, hlavní výzkumnou otázku a také jsou uvedena má doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the needs of social workers of the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children in partnership with pedagogues on solution of difficult life situations of students at elementary schools. The aim of this thesis is to find and describe the needs of social workers of OSPOD in partnership with pedagogues. The theoretical part defines the needs, their definition, divisions, main theories and there are examples of reasearchers of the needs of social workers in the scholarly articles in the end. The second chapter of theoretical part defines partnership of OSPOD social workers and pedagogues on solution of difficult life situations of students at elementary schools. Then there are definitions of the key therms. In the next chapter there is methodology of the research. In the interpretation part there are interpretions of the data which I got from the research. Subsequently, the interpretation part is followed by the Theory chapter, dedicated to individual relationships between categories. In the discussion there is descripsion of the results of the research and there is summary of the answer of the minor research question, the main reasearch question, and there are research implementations for practice.
