Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Komparace optimálních výživových hodnot v etapách života ženy je zaměřena na výživu žen s přihlédnutím ke specifickým nutričním požadavkům v závislosti na různých životních etapách. Zájem o zdraví a výživu dává do souvislostí s aktuálním trendem užívání doplňků stravy. Teoretická část práce je věnována definování základních pojmů a zejména vymezení jednotlivých životních etap v životě žen a častých výživových nedostatků. Dále jsou zde detailně popsány doplňky stravy včetně právní úpravy, segmentace a přehledu široké škály produktů na trhu. Stěžejní pro práci je část analytická, která je rozdělena na kvalitativní a kvantitativní. Kvalitativní se věnuje trhu doplňků stravy z globálního pohledu a kvantitativní téma rozvádí o analýzu online trhu s těmito produkty v rámci České republiky. Výzkum je založen na hledání odpovědí v souvislosti se stanovenými hypotézami, které předpokládají, že internetové obchody prodávající doplňky stravy pro ženy mají pestrý sortiment pro různé životní etapy, poskytují dostatek informací a lužeb a že se ceny produktů výrazně neliší. Základními metodami je analýza dat a jejich statistická komparace. Návrhová část předkládá online prodejcům doplňkům stravy návrhy na zlepšení v rámci jejich webových stránek tak, aby se vyvarovali nejčastějších nedostatků a ženám umožňuje orientaci v aktuální nabídce doplňků a poskytuje informace, na co se v případě realizace online nákupu zaměřit.

Abstract:

The Master's Dissertation theme Comparison of Optimal Nutritional Values in the Stages of a Woman’s Life is focused on the analysis of optimal nutritional values in the stages of a woman’s life with focus on the nutrition of women and taking into account the specific nutritional requirements depending on the different stages of life. The interest in health and nutrition is related to the current trend of using food supplements. The theoretical part of the work is devoted in defining the basic concepts and especially the definition of individual life stages in women’s lives and frequent nutritional deficiencies. Furthermore, food supplements are described in detail, including legislation, segmentation and an overview of a wide range of products on the market. Essential to the work is the analytical part, which is divided into qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative part deals with the market of food supplements from a global perspective and the qualitative topic deals with the analysis of the online market with these products in the Czech Republic. The research is based on finding answers in connection with established hypotheses, which assume that online stores selling women’s supplements have a diverse range for different stages of life, provide enough information and services and that product prices do not differ significantly. The basic methods are data analysis and their statistical comparison. The proposal part presents online retailers of food supplements with suggestions for improvement within their website so as to avoid the most common shortcomings and allows women to orientate themselves in the current offer of supplements and provides information on what to focus on when shopping online.
