Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem literárních děl Franze Kafky k jejich zhudebněné podobě v oblasti opery, baletu a vokálně-instrumentální hudby; a naopak vztahem těchto hudebních děl k jejich deklarovaným předlohám. This thesis deals with relations between Franz Kafka’s literary pieces and their music adaptations into opera, ballet and vocal-instrumental music. It describes the influence of music on Kafka and his work and introduces, in their historical context, some selected musical pieces from Bohemia as well as from all over the world which were inspired by Kafka’s prose.
